Returns & Exchanges
Making a return it is easy. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, the size doesn’t fit you or if the product has a defect, return it within 30 days of delivery by the courier.
We will bear the cost of returning your items.
Returns will be accepted only for items that have not been used, damaged or have defects that are not attributable to production.
Returns are accepted only online for products purchased directly from dotout.it, if you have purchased in one of our stores you must contact the store directly.
If you are not sure of purchase upon receipt, store the product in its original packaging until you have decided whether or not you wish to store it.
All returns must be in an intact condition, such as new, unwashed and not worn.
When returning items to Dotout, make sure the product is well packaged and protected from damage during transportation.
Gift items can only be refunded to the original purchaser or a credit note can be provided to the recipient of the gift.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
Fill out the return form here, complete it in all its parts. Send it to firstname.lastname@example.org. At the end of the procedure we will send you a confirmation e-mail where you will find the label to put on the pack and will give you instructions on how to pick up the goods.
Dotout will pay for the return shipping costs within the EU and worldwide.
All items returned must be in an intact condition, such as new, unwashed and unweathered.
